COOKING RICED

STEP 1 : Heat up 2 Tablespoons of Oil in a Pan (sautee’ in shallots or garlic if you like)
STEP 2 : Add Riced Veggies to pan
STEP 3 : Sautee 4 – 6 Minutes
STEP 4 : Serve with your favorite Topping or Protein
